6. Payment

When purchasing a subscription package, you must provide complete and accurate payment information. If we do not receive payment authorization, we may cancel your subscription package immediately.

All payments for subscription packages are processed through third-party services, and the terms and conditions of those service providers apply. The subscription fee for monthly and annual packages will be billed at the beginning of the subscription period and automatically renewed unless canceled by you.

If a payment is not successfully settled, we may suspend or terminate your access to the subscription package. If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify us immediately at Support@cricket11team.com.

7. Consent for Communication

The Company may contact you through SMS, call, or email for matters regarding these Terms or any Services, including marketing communications. You consent to such communications and agree they are transactional and compliant with TRAI guidelines.

8. Refunds of Payment

No refunds will be issued for subscription packages, except in limited circumstances at our sole discretion. Subscription fees for monthly and annual packages are non-refundable, regardless of usage. Users will not be eligible for refunds in the event of operational or technical issues on their end.
